Frequently Asked Questions

Open your iPhone Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > find StrongCore > tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Apple handles all billing — we cannot cancel subscriptions on our end.
Install StrongCore on your new device and open it. Your subscription should be detected automatically if you're signed in with the same Apple ID. If not, go to Settings within the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Yes, completely. StrongCore stores all data on your device only. There is no account, no login, no cloud sync. We cannot see your workout history, scores, or any personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All your workout history, progress, and settings will be permanently deleted. Since data is stored only on your device, there is no way to recover it after deletion. If your device is backed up to iCloud, the data may be included in your device backup.
We recommend one workout per day. StrongCore's smart program selects the best workout for you each day based on your progress. Consistency matters more than volume — doing one workout daily is more effective than doing multiple workouts occasionally.
Pocket Mode dims your screen to black and guides you entirely through haptic vibrations. Start a workout, enable Pocket Mode, and put your phone in your pocket. You'll feel distinct vibration patterns for squeeze, hold, and release phases. It's completely discreet — exercise anywhere without anyone knowing.
Your Pelvic Force Score (PFS) is a number from 0 to 999 that represents your overall pelvic floor fitness. It combines four metrics: consistency (how regularly you exercise), volume (total workout time), endurance (your ability to complete harder workouts), and progression (advancing through levels). The higher your score, the stronger your pelvic floor.
No. StrongCore is a fitness application, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The exercises are based on published research about pelvic floor muscle training. If you have specific health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider.
Apple handles all billing. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the StrongCore charge. We cannot process refunds directly as payments go through Apple.
