1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StrongCore ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StrongCore is a fitness application that provides guided pelvic floor exercises (kegel exercises) for men. The App includes workout programs, progress tracking, and educational content.

3. Medical Disclaimer

StrongCore is a fitness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The exercises and content provided are for general fitness purposes only.

• Consult your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have had prostate surgery, pelvic conditions, or other health concerns.
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain or discomfort.
• The research citations in the App refer to pelvic floor muscle training in general, not to the App specifically.
• Individual results may vary.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

StrongCore offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly: $3.99 per week
• Yearly: $39.99 per year ($3.33/month)

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after the trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Subscriptions are also governed by Apple's Standard EULA.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, workouts, algorithms, design, and code, is owned by StrongCore and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data. In short: we don't collect personal data, and everything stays on your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrongCore and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
